No hair

This is a picture I recently took of Gabey. They buzzed him cause his hair was finally coming out from all the chemo. It makes me sad but God has been very good. His hair will grow back. I have got to keep praying for him as he goes thru this hard journey. Thank you God for taking such good care of my sweetheart.

Family Visit

My uncle and aunt when they came in for one day to visit us. They live in Dallas, Texas. We had a very nice time with them.

Mommy and her little brother, Jim. Cool thing. They went to school with a lady here at the church. I actually am very good friends with her daughter and graduated with her son. Small world huh?

They brought Gabey a present. He loved it. It was........you will never guess.........a car. heehee His second most favorite thing behind trains. They also bought him a cool airplane. We had fun playing with it. His car and airplane had races in the hotel. Of course, the car always won (even if the airplane did) cause he was making the car go. lol

Gabey gave my aunt and uncle one of his Thomas trains as a present. What a sweet boy. They ended up giving it back cause Thomas missed Gabey.

Mary Beth's 40th Surprise

Here is the trio. Lori, Mary Beth and I have been friends since high school. It was so fun to go down there to surprise Mary Beth for her birthday. Lori and I had a great time visiting with our dear friend.

Gabey has found a new thing he likes to do. He likes worms. They are his new best friends. So, he convinces Mommy to help him dig for worms.

He took this picture of me. Yikes. I had been working all morning and for a few days at a conference at church and was completely wiped out.

Here he has his bug catcher with some crickets Shari caught for him. He was so cute with it. The poor bugs though. He would run around with the container and then throw it. Wow a rollercoaster ride for the bugs. Heehee

I let him borrow my Mickey hat. Doesn't he look cute.
